[Instructions]
1.requirements of block
A.The blocks to be poured shall be free of impurities such as dust, dirt, sand and oil;
B.If there are large defects on the surface of the blockage, if there is soil layer or sandstone, it should be removed first. The oil can be scraped off or ground with a solvent such as alcohol or acetone, then rinsed with a high-pressure water gun, placed under the sun or dried. The place where the surface of the block is dry is basically anhydrous and ready for use.

2.Mixing adhesive
a. Mix adhesive at rate of A:B= 3:1 (by weight) evenly.
b. Mixing rate must be correct, must mix evenly, avoid mix the glue taking tools and put the mixed adhesive back to packing barrels.
c. Mix the glues when use, and the glue must be use up within operation time. Must stop use the glue which be heating up when the time is exceed the stipulate operation time. Between 25-30ºC, mixed 600g glue should use up within 5 minutes ; more glue mixing , higher temperature, and shorter operation time , in contrast the operation time is longer . Should separate glue rapidly when excessive .
d. Don't mix the caps of the package of A and B components, even operating need keep close caps immediately to avoid dust and moisture from atmosphere .

3. Perfusion
A.The ideal temperature for perfusion is 15-35ºC;
B.The mixed glue is poured into the block with a dedicated block filling device.

4.Curing
A.Initial curing at room temperature (25ºC)for 10-12 hours, after 48 hours, it can be put into the next process;
B.The construction temperature should not be lower than 5ºC. When the ambient temperature is lower than 10ºC, the curing speed of the glue will be significantly slowed down. It is recommended to use heating to promote the curing.

5.Cleaning
Use special cleanser to clean the operation tools before solidifying entirely.

[Notes]
1.Some facts will affect the performance of the glue as below:
l The stone is not dry enough or the air humidity is too high, the stone absorbed the moisture from air
l Part A and B was not mixed exactly base on the stipulated ratio
l Glue mix uneven or not completely
l The mixed glue was not used within the pot life.

2.In winter and low temperature, the product may form crystal or caking. Just heat up the glue and make the crystal or caking dissolved, this will not affect the glue performance.

3.Clean and wipe the glue on cloth or skin before it cured with alcohol, then flush with soap water. If in eyes, flush with plenty of water and seek for medical cure; if swallowed, do not emetic, drink plenty of egg white or milk, then seek for medical cure immediately.

[Protective measures]
Due to the individual differences of the operators, the glue may cause allergies to certain parts of the skin, but the product meets the national mandatory standard of GB18583-2008, which is an environmentally friendly product and has no other harm to the human body. It is recommended that your company use the following necessary protection when using the compound glue:
1. Use in a well ventilated environment;
2. Equipped with necessary protective clothing, protective gloves and protective masks;
3. to avoid direct contact with the skin, if you accidentally contact the skin, you can use soapy water to clean;
4. Before adjusting the glue, first open the cover of component B, let the free low molecular substances volatilize, and then take the glue and adjust the glue;
5. If there is an allergic reaction, employees should change jobs.
