Feature
The product is modified epoxy glue with features of strong adhesive strength, quick set, solidify in low temperature and easy operate, resistant of water, oil, and aging.

Scope of Application
Widely used to rapid bond, cure, fix of the marble, granite and all kinds of stones. Such as double edges of plate, mosaic of stones, bonding of different material, repair of large damage area.

Using Method
1.  Remove oil, dust, water on the material to be bonded and keep clear, dry.
2.  Mix the glue of part A and B at rate of 1:1 evenly. Spread the glue onto the place to be bonded and stress. Go on next operation after 24 hours when solidified at normal temperature. In winter, heat the stone to 50-60Centigrade when the glue is first solidified, 2-3 hours later can continue next procedure.
3.  Add different color paste and paint to make the glue the same color as the stone. The qty of color paste is 1-2% of glue; paint is 10-20% of glue.
4.  Wash the additional glue with acetone or ethanol before solidify.

Warning      .
1.  Glue adjusting rate should be right and mixing should be thoroughly.
2.  Operating temperature should be over 5 Centigrade. In winter, heat the plate.
3.  The glue should be adjusted on the spot. And use up the glue within usable time. Glue qty should be increased and usable time is reduced if the temperature is raised.
4.  Should stress to bond for double edge. Do no move before solidifying completely.
5.  Do not mix using of the implement for 2 parts.  And do not place back the balance mixed glue into the packing barrel.
6.  Add 3% ethanol absolute or acetone to dilute the glue if the viscosity is too large.  Also could heat the glue in the hot water of 40-60Centigrade to lower the viscosity.
7.  Do not mix cap of the part A and B.  Tighten the caps after usage. Do not swallow.
8.  Make a trial usage in advance to avoid mistake due to the different physical, chemical property of the stone.
Storage And Packing
1.  With one year life time in cool, ventilated and dry condition. Can go on use if test valid after the validity period.
2.  Non-inflammable, non-poisonous after solidifying and can be transported.
3.  Packing size: 2kg/set (12kg/ctn) in iron tin
