Steps for usage
1. The plate is heated or ventilated to remove moisture;
2. Use a brush or a rag to remove dust, scum and other impurities from the surface of the stone;
3. Evenly spread the glass fiber mesh on the surface of the stone slab;
4. Mix the rubber in a ratio of A:B=2:1 (weight ratio) and mix well;
5. Pour the glue to the surface of the stone, scrape the glue with a squeegee knife, and apply the glue evenly on the surface of the stone, so that the glass fiber mesh is completely wetted by the glue and pasted on the surface of the stone slab;
6. under normal temperature conditions, generally should be in the next step after the adhesive layer is cured for 24 hours;
 

Precautions
First, when dispensing glue:
1. The proportion of glue adjustment must be accurate, and the glue must be mixed evenly;
2. Do not mix the glues of components A and B. Do not put the remaining glue after mixing back into the original packaging;
3. the glue should be used now, after the glue must be used up within the available time;
4. If the glue that exceeds the usable time has a fever, it should be stopped.
5. If the temperature is 25~30 °C, 600g of glue must be used within 5 minutes;
6. The more the amount of glue is adjusted, the higher the temperature, the shorter the time that can be used, and the longer the time is;
7. If the amount of one-time adjustment is too large, it should be used separately and quickly;
8. Do not cover the cover of components A and B. Please cover the cover at any time to avoid absorbing moisture from the air and falling into dust.
9. It is recommended to use a flatware to adjust the glue. When the temperature is high, it is better to use a cooling method to adjust the glue, which can extend the use time;
10. According to the actual situation, an appropriate amount of stone powder can be added to the glue.

Second, when scraping glue:
1. If the conditions permit, the stone can be heated to 40-50 ° C and then glued. Generally, the reference amount of the glue is 100-200 g/m2.
2. stone surface treatment agent, non-epoxy adhesives and other chemicals should not be applied or infiltrated into the stone bonding surface, otherwise it is not suitable for recoating the surface glue.
3. the stone surface has major defects, such as the soil layer should be removed first, and then take the glue and the right amount of stone powder to mix and repair the defects, after the glue is cured, then brush the rubber back mesh.

Third, when curing:
1. If the conditions permit, the glued sheet can be heated to 40-50 ° C, and after 2-3 hours, it can enter the next process;
2. Before the glue is cured, the plate should be placed in a flat position and cannot be stacked. After initial curing, a lubricant such as talc may be applied to the surface of the plate so that the plates are not bonded together when stacked.

 

1. The product is sealed and stored in a cool, dry and ventilated warehouse. The storage temperature is 5-40 °C. The product has a shelf life of one year from the date of production. It can be used after the expiration of the inspection.
2. This product is a corrosive product. It is kept away from heat and fire during transportation to prevent sun and rain. It should be handled gently during transportation, loading and unloading, and it is forbidden to roll, impact, press, invert and side.
3. Packing specification: 600kg/group, component A is packed in 200L iron drum, component B is packed in 200L plastic drum; 30kg/group, component A is 10L square white barrel, component B is 10L square blue barrel.

[Performance Characteristics]

The product is in low viscosity and high penetration. It has strong adhesion and strength after cured.It is abrasion, water, oil, chemical and aging resistant. The glue layer is colorless and transparent and anti yellowing.

 

[Instructions]

1. Slabs treatment

Slabs should be totally dry.

Remove the mud, oil or other purity on the slab surface.

2. Prepare the glue and mix

Mix the glue by A:B=4:1(by weight) completely

Please use up the glue within the pot life. The glue will be fever and is prohibited to use when beyond the pot life. The more of the glue mixed, and the higher of the temperature, the shorter the pot life. If mixed too much glue, please divide quickly to use. 

Do not mix the cap of A and B. Please seal the caps anytime in case the moisture and dash from the air.

The plated with big open mouth container is recommend for glue mixing to extend the pot life of glue

3. Spreading the glue

Spread the glue evenly on the surface of slab with scrape back and forth. The recommend using weight is 80-150g/.

For the cracks on slabs, spread glue back and forth to make the glue penetrate completely.

For the big defects on the slab, such as the soil, please remove first, then mix the glue and stone powder to fix it. Polish after cured, then spread the glue.

Please do not use the non epoxy and other slab surface treatment agent, or it will be not suitable for the epoxy glue spreading.

4. Glue solidify

The glue will be initially cured in 2-3 house under room temperature(25ºC)It can be proceed to next procedure after 24 hours;

If possible, heat up the stone with adhesive to 50-60 ºC and polish it after 2-3 hours.

Before the adhesive cured, the stone should be placed horizontally and not stacked; after cured, the lubricants such as talcum powder can be applied on the stone surface, to avoid stone adhesion when they are stacked.

5. Clean up

Use the specialized cleaner to clean the apparatus before the glue cured.

[Notes]
1.Some facts will affect the performance of the glue as below:
l The stone is not dry enough or the air humidity is too high, the stone absorbed the moisture from air
l Part A and B was not mixed exactly base on the stipulated ratio
l Glue mix uneven or not completely
l The mixed glue was not used within the pot life.

2.In winter and low temperature, the product may form crystal or caking. Just heat up the glue and make the crystal or caking dissolved, this will not affect the glue performance.

3.Clean and wipe the glue on cloth or skin before it cured with alcohol, then flush with soap water. If in eyes, flush with plenty of water and seek for medical cure; if swallowed, do not emetic, drink plenty of egg white or milk, then seek for medical cure immediately.

[Protective measures]
Due to the individual differences of the operators, the glue may cause allergies to certain parts of the skin, but the product meets the national mandatory standard of GB18583-2008, which is an environmentally friendly product and has no other harm to the human body. It is recommended that your company use the following necessary protection when using the compound glue:
1. Use in a well ventilated environment;
2. Equipped with necessary protective clothing, protective gloves and protective masks;
3. to avoid direct contact with the skin, if you accidentally contact the skin, you can use soapy water to clean;
4. Before adjusting the glue, first open the cover of component B, let the free low molecular substances volatilize, and then take the glue and adjust the glue;
5. If there is an allergic reaction, employees should change jobs.
