Application: It is mainly used for bonding and repairing stone materials, edge compound of table and panel, and also has good bonding effect on ceramics, metals and concrete.

[Use steps]
1. The water used for cleaning plate should be clean and pollution-free.
2. The board to be bonded shall be free of impurities such as dust, clay, sand, oil and so on.
3. The board to be bonded must be dried, and can be dried by drying or natural air drying.
4. The bonding surfaces of the plates to be bonded must be smooth or coincide with each other.
5. Mix the glue in proportion A:B=1:1 (weight ratio) and mix well.
6. Special toner must be used in toner
7. Use a scraper to scrape the glue back and forth, and apply the glue evenly on the board. According to the loose situation of the material, one-sided or two-sided glue can be used.
8. Adhesion of sheet metal, hand-to-hand staggering of sheet metal and pressure, excluding air between sheets, so that the glue is fully filled, must have appropriate glue outflow;
9. Align the plate up and down and press it. The pressure should be evenly distributed. The pressure can be determined according to the actual situation.
10. Static solidification after pressurization. It can be loosened after solidification at room temperature (25 C) for 1-2 hours at the beginning of solidification. It can be put into the next process after 24 hours.
11. Before the adhesive is cured, please use special cleaning agent to clean the tool before it is used. Scrape off the remaining rubber before the glue overflowing from the stone edge is cured. 

[Cautions]
1. Please use up the glue within the pot life. The glue will be fever and is prohibited to use when beyond the pot life. If the glue that exceeds the usable time becomes hot, it should stop using immediately. The more the amount of mixing, the higher the temperature , the shorter the usable time, conversely,longer.If the amount of one-time mixing is too large, it should be used separately quickly.
2. Don't mix the caps of components A and B. When using, please cover the caps at any time so as not to absorb moisture in the air and fall into dust.Special toner must be used when toner is used. The maximum amount of toner is 0.5% of the amount of adhesive. If not special toner is added, the curing speed and bonding strength of the adhesive will be affected.
3. If the temperature is low and the viscosity of the glue is high, it is inconvenient to use. The glue is heated in a water bath at 40-60 degrees Celsius to reduce its viscosity so as to adjust the glue.

4. The ideal temperature for gluing is 25-35 C, and the air humidity is less than 75%.
5. Adhesive thickness should be appropriate. Usually, the thinner the adhesive layer, the smaller the defect, the smaller the deformation, the smaller the shrinkage, the smaller the internal stress, and the higher the bonding strength. Therefore, under the premise of guaranteeing no glue shortage, the thickness of the adhesive layer should generally be controlled at 0.2-0.3 mm.

Bonding and Pressure
6. Construction temperature should not be lower than 5 ~C. When ambient temperature is lower than 15 ~C, the solidification speed of the glue will obviously slow down. It is suggested that the solidification should be promoted by heating. When the temperature is low in winter, the bonded sheets can be placed in the barn at 50-60 ~C for 2-3 hours and then naturally cooled to room temperature to enter the next process.
7. Recommended process: When the adhesive layer solidifies at 25-35 C for 2-4 hours, the bonded sheet is placed in the drying room, then the temperature is raised to 60 C for 1 hour, then the temperature is raised to 80 C for 1 hour, then the drying room is naturally cooled to room temperature, and the pressure is relieved.
8. Do not move the plate before the initial solidification of the glue.


[Packaging, Storage and Transportation]
1. The product should be sealed and stored in a cool, dry and ventilated warehouse at a storage temperature of 5-40 C. Th shelf life is one year from the date of production, and can be used after it has passed the inspection.

2. This product belongs to corrosive products. It should be far away from heat source and fire source during transportation,and should be prevent from sunshine and rain. During the transportation and loading and unloading, it should be handled lightly and lightly, and roll, impact, heavy pressure, inversion and lateral position should be prohibited.
